Recommendedgood food, fast service, great prices!!
Was traveling through Mena and stopped to eat here since we had to get fuel. Went into Wendy's to get our food for the road and was refused service since we did not have masks. The store did not have masks for customers nor other possible arrangements, other than drive-thru. That was not an option since I was towing a trailer. Was highly disappointed.
I had a pretty good grilled chicken sandwich. Too bad I ordered and paid for a spicy asiago chicken sandwich..

Well, the burgers are better than McDonalds but their fries suck. So it's a wash

There has been some local ads running deals that are not honored by this store...I contacted them about it, the manager, Brittany, was so awesome. She told me that the next time I was in town to stop by and she would take care of me by offering me a free meal to make up for all the confusion. She is so wonderful and I can tell she takes pride in the operation of the store. Great customer service. Will definitely go back!
Food is good
The burgers are ok, but they always serve cold stale fries. Even when they are not busy. Also have a terrible wait for food. I'm disappointed with your service and food quality.
