I don't often have an issue with my food. I also rarely have an experience where I feel the need to write a review. However, the young lady, Ashley, working the front counter today was extremely rude for absolutely no reason. I never felt so bad for spending my money in your establishment in my life. why would anyone need 13 pack of ketchup when ordering a small fry. is paper/food cost not an issue anymore. this cost is passed down to us your customer.
I waited in line over 20 minutes for my order to be wrong and ice cold fries. The person working the drive thru speaker was so muffled that you couldn’t understand her. The car behind me had to ask what she said 3 times. It seemed to me that the staff was under the influence of something because they couldn’t understand that my order was wrong and they didn’t even care. This store needs to be investigated for drug abuse, very sad location.
someone should really explore why you have to sit in the drive thru over 20 min before even placing your order. what is your staff really doing? did I mention that 9/10 the order is wrong or something is missing from the bag.Wendy's, pls do better!

Almost every time I go here, my order is wrong. This time I asked for no mayo, and it's covered in mayo... it's not that hard. Someone places an order, a ticket prints that order, and you fill the order. So sick of wastint my money here! I shouldn't have to drive past the closest Wendy's to my house, just to get a correct order!!
