Terribly long wait, no way to ask for no bun on the kiosk, this place is a zoo. Last time I came here everything was cold and wrong. Writing this bad review so I know to not come back myself. Today I don't know how the burger and fries seemed old and like they had been under a warming light for hours but I literally watched them make the food. Truly it's a skill to make it that poorly. And everything stinks of cigarettes because everyone smokes in WV. AND the kiosk asked me to tip, sir this is a Wendy's! Get out of here....
God awful wait. Not well managed. Very nice workers and average food. Modern atmosphere
They take forever to cook your food. They have poor customer service. They are more worried about talking to each other and being on their phones than doing their job. We had to wait over 30 minutes for our food.
Long lines for food, food is good but need more employees at this very busy rest stop
Put my order in the kiosk. For some reason it shows the wrong total and tries to over charge. Ordered at the register and was charged $11.00 for the exact same order. Nothing wrong with the food or service just thought this was weird. If you eat here order at the register and save a few bucks
