Ummm something HAS to change at this location!! I’ve been here twice now and both times after I order they ask me to pull into a parking spot and I waited OVER 20 minutes both times!! One was even an online order ahead of time. They did the same thing to the next 4 cars after me.. were all just waiting in parking spots and the app says I can’t cancel my order now!
I visited this West Jordan Wendy’s on Thursday, October 29th around 8:20 PM, and I want to give a huge shoutout to the entire team! In times like these when we all need to save some money, this location is absolutely one of the best options out there. I ordered a chicken sandwich and took advantage of the promo to get 10 nuggets for just $1 more. Saturday 10/24/26 Went there for the first time for the last time! 8:45 p.m. ordered a Dave's Single, JBC, Large Fry and a Biggie Bag. The kid taking the order was super impatient. We pulled up to the window and paid then was asked to pull around the corner. We say there for approx 25 minutes. We arrived home and the fries and nuggets were soggy and cold, and all three burgers were ice cold. The cheese didn't even melt. Just save yourself some time and drive to Jordan Landing. You will spend more time waiting at this location than it will take to go to a different one; not to mention your order will be wrong. I give up on this location.
My nuggets were soggy my potato was sour. The chili was runny and watery. The fries were over salted. The burger was OK. I spent $23 on some change for a burger, fries, drink eight nuggets and a Chili potato And the majority of the food was bad.
