This wendys is the worst! Every time I've gone its a 20+ minute wait while no one else is even there or in the drive thru, and the lady that usually "helps" me is quite rude and lets her small children run around behind the counter doing who knows what. Children have no place behind a counter or near an industrial kitchen like that. Next time I'm reporting her to the cops for child endangerment, did you hear me manager?!?!?!
How is the speaker broken for this location when its newer. We sat there for 10to 15 mins saying hello and there was no sign all the lights were on for the drive thru. Why wouldn't you TURN OFF the lights. A kid finally came out to take out the trash he didnt even act like he was going to say anything to us until my husband said something to him. He then was like oh we had a sign idk where it went . No sorry or anything. Learn better customer service and fix your damn speakers and turn off the lights if you are having issues... read more
Very slow service
This wendy’s always takes at least 15 minutes for the smallest orders. and up to 35 mins for regular sized orders. despite all the time they take they’ve never gotten my order completely right. something is always missing or completely wrong.
