That was one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve ever had. They tried up-charging us for their natural lemonade, which we didn’t ask for or want. When I politely asked for them to do the standard lemonade, the woman at the drive thru was clearly uncomfortable about it. We ended up sitting at the window waiting for almost 10 minutes then another person pushed our bags out at me. Every item was cold and old. Every single one. We ended up throwing it all away. Got some fries and nuggets when there was no one there, not busy at all. They served me the stalest oldest chicken nuggets and the fries were digustingly cold. I usually am open to grabbing from places even if I know they kinda suck. This is right next to my place and I will literally never eat from this location ever again.
Sat at the drive thru window for half an hour without anyone saying anything to us. Completely ignored
Im not one to write reviews, let alone bad ones but after pretty much 10 consecutive late/wrong/forgotten and genuinely underwhelming orders I have to say this has got to be the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. The food is always dry and stale, you frequently have to wait a good 20+ minutes for your order if you even get it at all. The chicken is always dry, the fries are stale, the drinks if you dont get it yourself are wrong or the syrup is empty. On 3/15/26 at 9:15 AM, I walked into this Wendy’s location and there was no one at the front counter. Loud music was playing and I could hear two employees talking in the back. I waited for quite a while but no one came to help. Because the music was so loud, I had to raise my voice and call out “hello?” just to get someone’s attention. After that, one employee finally came to the counter. I also noticed she was not wearing a name tag, which made it difficult to identify who was helping me.
