It took forever to get acknowledged. I would be more lenient but the prior reviews show this is not an outlier.
Find another fast food option when it comes to this location. There are plenty of options around here. Even if you have to spend more money. Go somewhere else. I am not a fast food snob. I am trying to save your time. The service at this location is the worst at any place I’ve ever been to. I get it, it’s fast food. I’m telling you right now, you want to come when Oscar and Mary are working. They are quick and efficient. Always smiling. Food is always correct. They are the example of customer service. We drive to this one specifically for them
this new location always sucks. they always get the food wrong and their service just sucks in general. It doesn’t help that none of them speak barely any english. It’s not hard to get a burger right. But their service especially is terrible.
