Just a quick stop for a frosty. Service was bad, no greeting or smile. It was hard for the young man to understand English, even my name.. The frosty was very runny and only filled the cup 2/3's of the way! I keep giving this Wendys a chance because its close, but no more.
Very clean store, friendly staff, fast service. Extremely helpful staff, highly recommend
Ordered 3 burgers and got 3 but all 3 of them is wrong, spent 40 bucks and got nothing i wanted
Had a bad experience the first time at this Wendy's and tried again today to see if things were any better. Put in a mobile order and I'm currently in line to pick it up. Been in the drive thru for 15 minutes now... Had to shout at the microphone to get someone's attention after not hearing any greeting after several minutes of waiting.
