Live close by and have been told they were closed before 2 pm. Had this happen to me multiple times on Saturday’s. On a Saturday?! Drive thru always has a long line with wait time from 5 min (when no customers or around 12 or 5-7p.m.)- 30+ min which is absurd. Staffing tells me that there isn’t enough help or that they make it fresh but for a 30+ min wait in front of the drive thru window thats crazy. Please have better management during these times or some kind of change to make this better
If you think you are getting through the drive thru quickly you are mistaken!

Well the food over there is great and I love eating there Beaconator burgers they are so juicy and great and the chicken nuggets were magnificent though. I also like how the way they made the beacon cheese fries. The place that they did how they clean it up is good and decent looking. I give it a 4 stars :) .
The food was great. However, the service sucked. Granted, the guy helped fix our order.. his way of going about it wasn't that great. We pulled in at 10 for the moonlight deals. He said he's not allowed to put those into his computer until 10:30, I told him it starts at 10. He told us to drive around the building and then it should work. There was nobody behind us so we just waited. After a couple of minutes, he said it was still unavailable on his computer but there's another way around it.
