We pulled up to drive they and wait for 10 minutes when the lady said “I’ll be with you in a minute.” They were out of chili & only had 1 potato left. We ordered a full salad & got 1 dressing pack, a half salad & got 2 dressing packs. We got the last potato & it was burnt and tasted burnt. The whole process took over 20. But we were stuck between cars & felt like we didn’t have a choice.
since the time I went there to buy a burger and saw the worker pick up the patty bartended, which meant it,was,1, cold and 2, it now had whatever was on that kids hand all over it. I complained, hot my money back and that was that
The night shift had bad customer service My sandwich 🥪 was dry and he was not that helpful
waited 15 min for my order while the manager argued with a customer who came back to get the rest of his food. worst experience with Wendy's and I've even worked for them for 7 years. all they had to do was fix his order and work on the other orders and it instead they argued for 20 min . smh. plus the crew was walking around the dining room like he was irritated with us and locked the dining room door. matter of fact they were locked when we walked in at 8PM. .
Don't think I've ever had Wendys that tasted so bad. The new tenders looked bad and tasted worse. Like they had been sitting out. None of my food was hot. Fries tasted old with no salt. The customer service was not at all friendly. Drive thru attendant would rather talk to her friends then smile and at least pretend to be nice. Didn't get a receipt. Don't waste your time or money coming to this location.
Came to eat lunch with My daughter and her dad ... there was something black floating around in my tea so I went up to the counter to ask for a different drink and while I'm up there... there a damn Cockroach crawling on the counter .... I asked for my money back and was given it but the manager said someone must have put there bag up there and that's where it came from ��� No that's not how that works sadly... YUCKKKK
They would have gotten 5 stars from me, but it was their French fries, that got them one less star. The fries were over loaded with salt! I couldn't even taste the fries themselves.
