Awful experience buying a house. We were misled on the purchase of a house by Wendy stating the house came with a warranty. After having an issue with the house, we found it did not have a warranty. We would have purchased a warranty at closing if we knew it didn’t have one. Tried to reach out to Wendy, and she failed to provide any assistance. With so many realtors, look elsewhere.
