I immediately contacted Wendy to sell my condo in consideration of returning to Japan. Because she found this condo for me 20 years ago and I believed she would definitely help me this time too. Wendy is the best realtor I have ever met. She took time to understand our preferences, financial situation and capacity. Wendy has been working very hard to put house for sale on the market. starting from list of competitive properties in the surrounding area, choosing the proper asking price, remodeling the inside areas, staging the environment to an appealing home. also she spent quite a lot of time to address tough issues of seller and finally came up with impressive achievement. and should say she is pretty responsible and elaborate professional. yep, you might want to give a call when planning to sell house.
