Best realtor I have ever had. Mrs. Cook is very good with communication, following up with mortgage/builder, and she really helps with understanding terms that are not common when buying a house. She is very knowledgeable with the area and really does have you, as the homebuyer, best interests in mind. Wouldn’t recommend anyone else for the area! You will be very pleased!
Wendy was nothing short of a God-send and AMAZING. We contracted with a couple of other realtors with who did little and/or put the buyers interests ahead of ours, the sellers. Wendy made sure we felt cared and advocated for, was knowledgeable and honest, did lots of little extras (addressing issues at the house, some property clean up, planted flowers), and repeatedly corrected the buyer’s realtors mistakes during the sale. I cannot sing her praises enough - you are in the BEST hands with Wendy!
Provided constant service throughout the experience, navigated the "Up's and downs" with critical communication, a 1031 exchange from both the buyers and us. Sold a duplex for the highest amount ever on Jekyll, can't say enough of how well we feel taken care of.
