After contacting Wendy about one of her listing that I saw online and was interested in, I found her to be extremely informative, experienced, and never failed to respond to me, whether by phone, email or text. I didn't have a real estate agent representing me, so I relied on Wendy, even though she was the seller's agent, I never felt uncomfortable asking her questions and advice.
