I didn’t see Dr Spangler, but I did see the pre-op nurse Taylor. She was very nice and answered all my questions.
I rarely post a review about people or businesses but Dr Spangler’s office sent me a request. The ladies at the front were very kind and friendly. That’s the only good thing I can say about my experience at this doctors office. I was so excited to go to this appointment after reading Dr Spanglers education and experience on their website. Boy was I wrong! First thing, this doctor spent all of 7 minutes meeting and discussing my continued pain and previous back surgery a few years ago. Starting with the front staff, the people you see when you first come through the doors... They have a good sense of humor and great customer service skills. Isabel is who I seen and you can tell that they care what's going on with your procedures. The entire staff are very thorough; thus I recommend this doctor and her office.
It was fine.
My son Jerry McLay was her patient and after his neck surgery he started having severe problems. She suggested another surgery which he declined. He passed away November 2024.
