Saw the stall at my farmers market! My guy is amazing. The food is delicious. I hot the French onion and bought chicken salsa verde soup.
Wendy is a farmers market staple! I first met Wendy in 2023 when I was also working markets and had Wendy as a vendor neighbor; I grew to love her salads on hot days. Now that I’m a market customer, I still love seeing Wendy around at the various markets she and her crew work in. The most important thing- her salads and soups TASTE DELICIOUS! Part of my Sunday religion is stopping by Wendy Simply Cooks at the West Seattle farmers market. Love the wholesome and nutritious meals; and easily accommodates my vegan preferences.
I regularly go to the West Seattle Farmers Market and Wendy Simply Cooks is my first stop every time. She sells soups, salads and has variety of pickled items. There are vegan, gluten free and meat lovers options. The food is absolutely delicious! I have tried every one of the soups and love them all. My regular go to soups are her kale sausage soup and her chicken salsa verde. Her soba noodle bowl with the pickled egg is also a favorite of mine.
