I bought the expensive ceaser kale and pasta salad. I can just say this is one of the worst things I've eaten. I genuinely love salad .. it is something I eat almost daily . There were several issues with this dish. There was not nearly enough dressing. The pasta was undercooked, hard, stiff, and flavorless. The kale was wilted. No flavor. No other lettuce. Saw the stall at my farmers market! My guy is amazing. The food is delicious. I hot the French onion and bought chicken salsa verde soup.
Wendy is a farmers market staple! I first met Wendy in 2023 when I was also working markets and had Wendy as a vendor neighbor; I grew to love her salads on hot days. Now that I’m a market customer, I still love seeing Wendy around at the various markets she and her crew work in. The most important thing- her salads and soups TASTE DELICIOUS!
