Used to like her but unfortunately the office went way down hill. Showed up 10 min late, waited for a receptionist to help me while they were all on the phone, was told doctor couldn’t see me bc I was late (even though there’s a 15 min grace period and the waiting room was PACKED - including someone who came up to the desk to complain that he’d been waiting 40 minutes). I was told the doctor was “backed up” - which you’d think would mean that being 10 min behind wouldn’t really affect her. Sadly won’t be returning.

Love Dr. Wendy! She takes her time, has great bedside manner, and overall has a fantastic practice. She answers all my (many) questions thoroughly each time too. A practice of pristine quality, and an excellent practitioner!

This was my first dermatologist appointment, skin screening, and acne consult (at age 28!), and Dr. Long Mitchell was exactly what I was looking for in a dermatologist. I will be following the regimen she prescribed, and I'm so excited and hopeful about the results. The office is small, but it is very clean. The assistants are wonderful as well. Highly recommend!
