I went through the Wendy's drive thru this evening. I asked for 2 large waters with my order. The guy taking my order added cheddar cheese for 30 cents to the order. when I got my receipt it was for $5 more than what I was told my order was. I was charge FIVE DOLLARS for TWO WATERS!!! I have never in my life been charged full price for a large water!! When I questioned it the girl laughed and said have a good day. The employees were also playing on their phones while getting my order. I WILL NEVER BE BACK!!
How can you run out of food. In 20 minutes time period they messed up 4 order. What's up with that. No baked potatoes!

I ordered the bacon and blue burger tonight and was very disappointed! There is no sauce on this dry burger and only a little blue cheese. I have ordered this twice and been told that they were out of the sauce. Come on, guys,get it together!
Went to the Wendys in Terrell Texas. Order was messed up and was told by employee That she was putting our name in the book to replace our order. We called a week later our name wasn't in their and manager wouldn't replace. Called corp. they said management member would contact me in 24-48 hrs. It has been a week and no response. This isn't my first bad experience at this location but it will be my last. Wendys will not ever get my business and letting all my family and friends know Don't eat at Wendys.
