Ali Moore the manager is a meth addict and is using on the job, She has a criminal record for selling meth as well, I wouldn't go back to that Wendy's if you paid me to since she spit on the hamburger and told me she did!!!
Terrible place to pick up DoorDash orders. They’re constantly short staffed, drive thru is consistently at least a 15min wait. The lobby hours on the doors say it’s open til 10pm but the doors are locked most of the time during those hours, rarely not. When asked why, they say due to being short staffed. What are the owners doing to fix the constant issues at this store? Seems like the pay and accountability is extremely low.
Last three times I’ve been there they have screwed up my order causing me to have to drive back, first two times was in the drive through. Lady actually kept me there extra long to tell me about the survey and to post how great they were doing. Fail. This tome I went inside. Ordered the same two burger order I always get. Staple menu items. Got wrong burgers. Done. Will never return.

Never have I had such crappy customer service. Ordered a crispy chicken sandwich combo which I've ordered on several other occasions for roughly $2.99 and was told today that it was $5.27. When i asked if that was knew I was told that either I or the several other Wendy's employees who've sold me the combo over the last 4 years must be liars because there is no combo and I was just charged for everything separately. Then laughed at. Great way to ensure I'll never come back to your restaurant.
