30 minutes in line only to get a 4 for 4 doublestack missing the burger. Only one register open and he was having to do other tasks as well.
This could be a place we frequented if it were better managed. Drink machines are never stocked, orders aren't properly filled, they overcharge for their promotions and shrug their shoulders when you ask why. I stood in line yesterday waiting on a plain cheeseburger (that was missing from my daughter's kids meal) and they continued to make burgers for people behind me while overlooking my order.
