Absolutely do not recommend, the older lady at the back window who was taking orders and money was very disrespectful she would answer us and than wait a couple minutes and ask us again what we wanted. She was very rude and wouldn’t even let us finish our order i will not be going back!
My wife and I were passing through on the way back from a trip to New York. We stopped during the Saturday Evening service, Oct 6th, and had horrible service. The order was taken wrong because I asked for an extra 10 piece nugget with the 10 piece combo but was marked down as ordering 2 combos. I let it slide because we were extra hungry. Terribly slow service and staff!
filthest Wendy's I have ever seen..every table was nasty and the food on the floor was disgusting!!!! what a shithole...nasty nasty place..
7:30 at night nobody inside we waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes.. our food was wrong, our one drink was like a mixture of coke and dr.pepper. Not to mention when the lady handed us our food she didn’t say anything and slammed the window shut. Worst customer service ever we won’t be back.
Took us 25 mins for them to take our order and get our food. All we had was a kids meal and a jr delux and small fry. Fries were cold almost like they were not cooked all the way and the bun to the sandwich was stale!
The group at mansfield Wendy's is amazing and know my order which is awesome!!!!
Thanks to the friendly manager for coming out to say hello to everyone in the dining room. Good service.
