Had lunch here last week & the woman who took our order just made my day with her bubbly personality. Her name was Nadia & she's amazing at customer service! �
Tonight I went to this Wendy's and there was a man in the parking lot high on Herron come to find out that it was one of the employees boyfriend waiting for her to get off of work. She has her car parked by the drive through so she can watch him nod in and out. I would never return to that Wendy's. it's suppose to be a family oriented place but who wants to watch drug addicts waiting for the employees that work there.
They literally forget at least one food item every time I order. Then have to call them and sometimes they don't even answer the phone
I don't often eat fast food. When I do, I prefer Wendy's because of the quality food and freshness as well as the customer services. My last two visits have been awful at the drive-thru- considering I needed to get home and clean. My order is slightly picky ( a #2 with only cheese, ketchup, lettuce, & tomato) but not hard. I have gotten very soggy fries and a full sandwhich with a hot mess of mayonnaise and mustard all over the place. Two times in a row now.
