9/2/20, my daughter found a dead fly in the middle of her hamburger! Disgusting to say the least! How did the cook not see that? I will not be going back!!
Went through the drive-thru tonight. Hubby ordered an Asiago Ranch Chicken Club, with no lettuce or tomato (food allergies/sensitivities). Got home and it was ONLY lettuce and tomato on a piece of chicken. No bacon or cheese. They also gave me the wrong soda. Called to see if we could get the sandwich replaced. This place is sooo poorly managed, I'm amazed it is still in operation.. won't be returning, my order is always wrong. Every. Single. Time....
On October 8th my husband and I came here for dinner, after we drove back from Roseburg. They messed up on both of our burgers. Tonight we came here again for dinner after running errands/paying bills. They AGAIN messed up on both of our meals. It's ridiculous !!!! We wait nearly 15 - 20 minutes in drive thru for food, just to drive home to Central Point and find out that our food is WRONG !!!!!
This location has messed up twice on my side and I orders in exactly one week in between orders. Drive thru is ALWAYS slow. You order a medium fry and get home to find out that they gave you a small size worth
Why they don’t tell you when you order chili that they are completely out of spoons... ??? How do you eat it without? The butter knife just doesn’t cut it.
Went to buy one oreder baconator fries for my wife that worked all day. Took 5+ minutes to get them in drive-thru with 7 employees and probably 4 customers. Didn't even get out of the parking lot before she realized the cheese wasn't melted...Went in and got a new one. Got halfway home and she takes a bite and pulls a long blonde hair out of her mouth, spits everything back in the bag in disgust...Went back again, took another 5 minutes to get a new one.
