We too were out of state buyers, Wendy and staff did a fabulous job, with helping us make the long distance offer, through the inspection, appraisal, process, liaison with our out of state finance company, connecting us with local insurance, contractors, and utilities companies etc. They are great people and very knowledgeable on procedures.
