She has recently helped us with guidance on how to make a competitive offer on our now second home when the seller had the good fortune of entertaining offers from multiple parties. She is very attentive and responsive to her clients. She has earned our business and will be listing our first home soon too. Wendy has been an amazing realtor for my immediate and extended family for the past several years. After a recommendation from a friend, Wendy helped my husband and I buy our first home. We have used Wendy and her team for 3 home transactions now and are very happy with her service, accessibility, and guidance throughout the process. Wendy was extremely professional and responsive in helping us find our first home. She was always available via text, email, and phone call with timely responses. We gave her some preferences we were looking for in a home, and she helped us find a great match in a great neighborhood on our first day looking at houses! She also was very helpful relaying questions and information between myself and the builder/seller. Would definitely recommend Wendy to anyone else looking to buy a home in the Little Rock area.
