Wendy helped us purchase our first home and was able to help us negotiate that deal for under the seller’s asking price. She has recently helped us with guidance on how to make a competitive offer on our now second home when the seller had the good fortune of entertaining offers from multiple parties. She is very attentive and responsive to her clients. She has earned our business and will be listing our first home soon too. If you are in the market for a realtor you couldn’t ask for a better one.
