Dr. McConnell is very nice, I left her office with 0 confidence in the treatment of my allergies, she diagnosed me with sever allergies, gave me no recommendations, treatment plan, just more visits, I was miserable and she did really seem to care except schedule more appointments. But this may be beyond her experience and knowledge and she doesn't yet possess the tools to treat anyone outside of wax buildup or the common sinus infection.

Dr. McConnell's beside is excellent, what do people say when they lack the experience and knowledge to do the job, "they have a brilliant personality". Her staff may be temps. do to their lack of knowledge, professionalism and customer service skills regarding people interaction.

I took my son in for some bumps that looked like chicken pox. After about 15 seconds of looking at them, she decided they were flea bites. After discussing with her that we have no pets and because it is winter, he has spent very little time outside, as well as the fact that nobody else in the house has them, she was still convinced they were flea bites. turns out it was a virus that could have been fatal. She then tried forcing a vaccine we didnt want then charged for $300 for it anyways.

I saw Dr. McConnell today for severe wax buildup in my left ear. My left ear was completely blocked and I could barely hear out of it. Dr. McConnell went in with both a curet tool and a special small ear suction vacuum to extract the built up wax. When she was complete my ear was no longer blocked and I could hear much crisper than before. Dr. McConnell is an excellent ENT Doctor and has a superb nurse and receptionist. Thank you Dr. McConnell and staff for a wonderful experience.

Worst experience ever! I will not ever take my kid back and glad I found this out before she did surgery on my son, i was told his appoinemt was at 10:00 I get there at 9:43 and the very rude secretary tells me she is canceling my 7year old because we are late, while she is rolling her eyes at me, she asked me where my paper work was they mailed to me, I said you never sent me any, I leave and call the office manager and she is even worse than the other lady! I was early and got treated like bad
