I worked with Wendy on an investment property purchase in the summer of 2025. She was great to work with and found me the perfect property. Her knowledge gave me comfort through the transaction. I am grateful to her for guiding me through the process. I would lean on her expertise again if and when the need arises.
When my 94-year-old mother moved into an assisted living facility Wendy helped us with selling her home. I was not local, and the distance was an initial concern, but it turned out well as she handled all the details and was on top of everything. She was creative and did a wonderful job of staging the property. She is an excellent communicator, easy to work with, and found a buyer who was a perfect fit for the home. Wendy was a pleasure to work with and I recommend her highly.
