Dr. Schroeder does not provide patient-centered care. She has a bad attitude, does not answer all the questions asked, and refused to treat my symptoms even when testing confirmed the diagnosis, she wanted to do something more invasive to check for something else, despite me having symptoms, which confirming labwork because her route of treatment "should have worked," and so I saw another provider who reviewed my chart, prescribed the appropriate treatment, and my symptoms improved. I have been going to Dr. Wendy for 3+ yrs and very happy with her . Always listens and answers questions . Very knowledgeable. Don’t pay attention to the few negative comments , truly does not represent DR. Schroeder .
Went in for a routine physical. Asked if she could do mine and my husband’s together. I said no, she also just wanted to talk...no hands on. I questioned what was going on and asked to leave as I felt she was wasting my time. Will never go back.
Dr. Schroeder is an honest and dedicated physician with a heart of gold. She advocates for lifestyle change, natural medicine, and modern medicine as a combination, and is always open to treatment discussion. She listens, explains things well, and refers out to great specialists if she doesn't have the answers. She's qualified to do chiropractic adjustments in office, too, which just makes my day! She's a phenomenal general practitioner!
I have waited more than an hour on multiple occasions with a scheduled appt. The nurse is wonderful, but sitting in an exam room for 45 minutes waiting to see the doctor is unacceptable. I stopped seeing Dr. Wendy last year because of this but went in today one more time because of her speciality in treating musculoskeletal issues. I am in severe pain from an injury and unable to sit comfortably. I stood in the exam room for 45 min with no sign of the doctor and eventually just walked out
She is very down to earth, kind, caring, and professional. She explains things well, gives options and the reasons why she would lean one way or the other. She is firm, but she does listen and answers all your questions. Highly recommend her.
I'm shocked by the negative reviews... She has been the complete opposite with us. We've seen her 3 or 4 times so far and have never been happier with any doctor. She spent more time with us than I expected... I felt I was asking to many questions but she didn't seem irritated, answered thoroughly, and gave helpful additional input. Extremely friendly, positive, and relatable. Followed up beyond expectations. She's also understanding of our decisions and helps us weigh pros & cons of treatment
Never asked one question. Came in and had a horrible attitude. Waste of time and money.
She is all about in and out and doesn't have your best interest in mind. Is very pushy with things and has attitude when she explains things. I have gone to Dr. Schroder 3 times now and each time I had a bad experience. she is probably one of the worst doctors I have seen.
