She always takes the time to explain things but also listens. I never feel rushed.
Dr Eastman always goes above and beyond!
Was very unsatisfied with care. Said I couldn't have been having cognitive issues because teenagers are on their phones all the time. Ignored me when I stated I felt she wasn't listening to me. Undermined my symptoms and overall was completely disrespectful. Stating I wasn't trying hard enough and I left the appointment in extreme physical pain.
Provider was absolutely amazing. Took her him with us, was respectful and answered all questions.
I do not recommend Dr. Eastman at all. She may be fine with general neurology, but if you have anything out of normal neurology issues, she will refuse to research the issue, then go against the specialist recommendations and remove your child from the recommended treatment, even when the child states it is harming them and causing them to have the symptoms of the originally diagnosed condition by the specialist. I felt that the doctor really wanted me to get the services for my daughter. She also listened to my concerns.
Dr. Eastman is a very caring and compassionate doctor. She makes sure she explains everything well and she always listens to our concerns.
Dr. Eastman was so kind and patient with my son and I during our new patient appointment. She spent an entire hour with us discussing his history and my concerns and coming up with a plan that was based on realistic and attainable goals to help my son achieve the best possible future. I really appreciated her and her team and their genuine commitment to my sons wellbeing and happiness.
Dr Eastman is wonderful to my daughter both respectfully and professionally. She encourages without making her feel bad and my daughter responds really well to her. We appreciate her and hope to continue care with her. Not as happy with the telephone receptionist as he has not been as helpful unless I become insistent on needing attention from our doctor. I don't call for no reason but call because Dr Eastman has directed us to call.
