Wendy takes time to listen, as well as ask and answer questions. She is warm, thorough, thoughtful and very professional. The staff is friendly and helpful.

It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them.
