No words can do justice to the great care, love and support we get from Wendy. It was Wendy who first noticed our daughter's Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis and Wendy who helped us navigate the medical and Early Invention red tape. She's gone above and beyond the call of duty for our family and we consider her a real life angel. We pray our kids will never need her help...but we are so grateful that she is there when they do. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
Wendy and start are wonderful. She is so personable and knowledgable. She picked up on so many things others didn't. My 6 year old loved seeing her, as she made the therapy enjoyable. I was skeptical about going to White Plains since we live In Yorktown but the orthopedic surgeon highly recommended Wendy and were so happy with our decision and results. Highly recommend!!
At 3 months my son was diagnosed with tortocollis. Our pediatrician recommended Wendy's practice and from our initial visit I could see why. They did everything they could to fix the issue at hand and helped us learn how to work with him at home. Being first time parents, it was a bit of a scary situation but everyone there put us at ease and treated our son like he was their own child.
Wendy has an excellent demeanor with babies, professional and organized, very thorough, and extremely helpful with contacting and our insurance company. She has a lot of experience and expertise and we would definitely recommend her to other parents.
Wendy is exceptional with children and in her knowledge of child physical development. She provided the expertise I was seeking to help my child with low muscle tone and has great partners when it comes to buying orthotics. She is direct and professional and took time to address my concerns. Plus she has a warm home with lots of toys!!
Wendy has been a huge part of my sons life, not only in helping cure his torticollis (from 2 weeks of age!) but working with both him and I in developing his physical strength and mine as a new mama. Wendy went above and beyond in her role as his physical therapist every step of the way and I am so grateful for all the time she spent with us and the help she provided.
My son had severe Torticollis and overall muscular weakness when he was diagnosed at 3 months old. Over the next months he worked with Melissa and Hayden. The results were amazing and I could not be happier. He is now a very active and strong toddler. Everyone was more than great to work with. My son received the best care and therapy I could have asked for. Wendy was amazing dealing with difficult insurance issues and worked very hard for us to assure we were taken care of. I cannot thank her enough for all her efforts.
Wendy exemplifies true expertise and professionalism. She was so thorough and patient with my son Luca. Not only is his injury all better, he has learned how to stretch which helps him to be an even more amazing soccer player.She is kind, warm and committed to her patient getting better and she revises the treatment plan as needed!
