Dr. Masterman is by far the best. She’s the pediatrician for all my kids and we’ve been seeing her for years with my oldest being 21 now and the youngest 11 months. When we walk in the office they are no longer my kids but her babies. They run to her and give her hugs. I love the staff they are friendly. If I need a sick visit I’m usually seen that same day so my kids rarely have ER visits. Will recommend her to friends and family
Took my daughter to this office several times, most of those times we saw the RNP, she was great.But twice we saw Dr. Masterman, both times she was horrible. She had a terrible bedside manner, she was impatient and was rude to my daughter. She was even rude and unkind on the phone twice. We’ve since moved on to another doctor and we are much happier. She may have been voted the best Doc of 2019, but she has since outgrown that title.
