This lady had the nerve to answer her personal cell phone TWICE during my son's one month check up (both were personal calls-she could not have discussed a patient while in the room with us, her current patients). We were a patient, in the room, talking to her and she answered the cell phone twice. She did not wash her hands after touching the dirty phone. I will never go back to this clinic again. She did inform us that it was her 12 year old son, never excused herself, and never apologized.
