I greatly appreciate Dr. Wexler's care for my kids. She does have a blunt manner, which I appreciated, no sugar coating. While there were times that I have had to wait, I know that she would also take the time needed to care for my kids and answer my questions.
Dr Wexler is a kind and compassionate doctor ! She truly cares about her patients and is brilliant!
This woman stepped one foot in the door and did not hide the fact that she was busy and irritated, even implying she wished she could speed through appointments that day (great first impression). Right off the bat, she was abrasive and crass. Our concerns were met with a condescending tone, her questions were equally condescending, like we're idiots as parents. There's a difference between being straight to the point and no-nonsense, and conducting yourself like an ***hole while being a professional.
I love Dr. Wendy Wexler and her staff. She is very concerning, kind, knowledable and thorough. She is always on time. She is very good with kids, my 2 year old daughter loves her. I have never had to wait more then 20 mintues in the waiting room. She has also, always responding when I had to call her after hours. Great doctor!
Zero bedside manner, rude, abrasive, late, made me feel crazy, I took my son to urgent care instead of making an appointment with her because I didn't want to be belittled by her. I am switching doctors. I would give her less that one star but that is not an option. I had to sit in the room and listen to her joke around with her staff when she was already over an hour late to our appointment, then she was surprised that we were a little ticked.
