Wendy is simply wonderful to work with. I bought a home with Wendy years ago, and recently sold the home with her help again. You can tell that Wendy genuinely takes pride in her job, and in helping her clients. She's amiable, but highly professional and thorough. Always responded timely via email, text or phone. Our sale transaction was frankly stressful, not due to the fault of ours. And I feel that Wendy had my back 100% during such stressful period. We successfully closed thanks to her tremendous effort.
Wendy recently represented me as a buyer and helped me find my new home. She enthusiastically and with a great sense of humor went above and beyond her job in helping me purchase exactly what I wanted, even though my budget did not exactly match my desired location. Wendy was my realtor for my condo buying experience and she was wonderful! The whole thing went very seamless and she always responded promptly and thoroughly. She's also very friendly but even more importantly, honest. Unlike many realtors, she wouldn't recommend you do anything she wouldn't do herself. Definitely recommend.
Wendy did a great job selling my condo. She helped with a lot of minor things making the whole process a lot easier than it could have been. She was easy to work with and her attention to detail was much appreciated.
Wendy helped us buy the house we have been living in from our landlord for the past 6 years.
