Audra has been my dentist for over 20 years. She provides excellent dental services, and she is down to earth. Villa is my favorite hygienist.
Terrible, terrible, terrible! I had a chipped front tooth, went in for what they said would be an easy fix. But not even 3 hours after fixing it, it chipped while I was talking. I called and they were mortified that it did not hold, and said they would do it again free of charge. I got it fixed again, this time it only lasted 1.5 days until it the filling chipped. They said once again they ere very sorry and fixed it AGAIN free of charge (they're third time trying) and it chipped less than a day later. Two week later I found... read more
I've been a patient at Everhart & Pinto (now Catamount Family Dental) since 2017. To be clear, my experiences were always fine with all the folks handling my cleanings, including Dr. Everhart. That said, the front desk team leaves a lot to be desired. They have consistently made me feel like an inconvenience when checking in to my appointments, brusquely handing me a clipboard to fill out the pre-appointment paperwork and barely acknowledging me otherwise.
