Wendy IS EXCELLENT. All there is to it. Her communication is on point and perfect. Not overly but not deficient either. She has a wealth of knowledge with HOA's. She is a sleuth at pulling the HOA's financials apart. I would highly recommend partnering up with Wendy. You will not be disappointed.
