Staff were not very professional and were not very good at communicating to me. Overall, bad service.
Very slow service
Had to wait over 20 minutes after arriving to my appointment on time multiple times. Do not get your teeth done here.
I highly recommend Dr. Chen as an orthodontist! She has been taking care of my braces for years and has always been incredibly polite and caring. Her knowledge of orthodontic treatments is exceptional, and she always takes the time to explain everything thoroughly.
