Dr McDonald has always been great. After waiting to see her for 3 months my appointment was canceled and rescheduled for today. Unfortunately I was 20 minutes late for my appointment. I tried calling the office as soon as they opened at 9AM to let them know but no answer. I arrive and checkin and the lady at the front desk had the worst attitude with me. Dr. Wendy is booked 2 months out which is to be expected for great, highly in demand doctors. After booking 2 months ago, I am now 1 month away from my visit in August and today my appointment was cancelled by the doctor’s office. I can rebook but that means waiting 1 more month beyond my scheduled date and seeing her in September. I spent months trying to find the best doctor after plenty of disappointing interactions with previous docs and nurse practitioners. By far thee, best doctor I've had. Knowledgable, relatable, funny and down to earth. Dr. McDonald delivered both my children. I liked her so much, I requested to stay with her for the long term. Blessed to have been referred to her by my close friend.
Dr. McDonald is kind and extremely knowledgeable. You can tell she genuinely cares for her patients and loves what she does. Would recommend her to anyone needing a gynecologist.
