Ms Birchfield was always available when I had questions regarding the sale prospects for my home. She was very knowledgable about Callawassie Island real estate values which helped me to decide when to lower my price to expedite a sale. The buyers agent was very aggresive and Ms. Birchfield went to bat for me in settling needed repairs before the sale could be consumated. I would use her again if I decide to buy in that area of SC.
