I had a very disappointing experience with Wendy Bridger. I have HS, and when she asked about the treatments I had tried for my boils, I explained that none had worked. Her response was, “What do you want me to do?” which felt dismissive and unprofessional. Additionally, I arrived for an appointment only to find she wasn’t there. The office said they tried to call me but never left a voicemail, and when I called back, no one answered. Overall, the lack of communication and support was frustrating.
Was a little nervous about my appointment , but after meeting Wendy I was very pleased with the outcome of the visit. She is so nice and very informative.
