Everyone is kind
Dr. Laos and your staff are great. They made me as comfortable as possible. They took time to explain procedures and billing. I’ve been a patient for many years and find that the high quality of service is being carried on by Dr. Laos.
Thought we struck good with this office, however, we can't run fast enough. Dr Houser and Dr Crusafulli are terrific, truly, but their front desk is a HOT mess which makes it a difficult environment to deal with. Front desk cannot explain insurance coverages patient copay responsibilities and to boot, one is extremely pushy to the point of annoyance. Sorry we are running but is a must.
Crisafulli Dental is a great place very friendly and they do great work.
