I have lived here since 2018 in multiple apartments. Andrea has always gone above and beyond to help me. Kind and caring staff! The property is beautiful and always kept up very well! You can take advantage of free coffee or tea in the office anytime! The resort style pool is one of my favorite parts of the property.
They take care of you very well when you get there very nice location too but if you need something done in the apt you gotta wait, prices can change from one day to another and if you try to leave they will make up anything to charge you to leave way bigger and better places in the same area
My son and his girlfriend have recently been looking at apartments in Greensboro and after several tours around Greensboro, they were in agreement that Wendover River Oaks would be the one. They met with Drew, toured the apartments and decided to move forward. During the application process, we were pleased to work with Drew and the office staff. Avoid at all costs! Black mold in the bathroom and hidden fees included in the rent. Roaches found in the apartment on more than one occasion. Parking is terrible and apartments need renovating ASAP. Office staff is rude. Wouldn't recommend staying here.
