I had a pretty disappointing experience overall with this property. I was denied for an apartment due to a misdemeanor that was already dismissed and cleared from my record — something that many other places don’t hold against you, especially when the rest of your application is strong. I was actually approved at one of their sister properties, so it was confusing and frustrating to be denied here for the same issue. Have been living here over a year, the office staff has always been kind and friendly. Andrea is always available if I have any issues and her attitude is always positive and willing to help. Maintenance addresses issues same day!
I USE TO LIVE IN RIVER OAKS APT.IN THE 90'S AND IT WAS OUTSTANDING...WHICH IS WHY I WANTED TO GIVE IT ANOTHER TRY. IN THE BEGINNING AFTER MEETING THE STAFF, MS. LINDA, MS.DARION, MS. ANDREA, MY PERFERENCE WAS MS. LINDA. MS. LINDA IS A DOWN TO EARTH PERSON WHO IS GENUINELY HONEST. 3 WEEKS LATER I MOVED IN ONLY TO HAVE SOMEONE BREAK IN MY APARTMENT FIRST DAY. We moved here after living in New York, and it has been a wonderful change of pace.
