We moved here after living in New York, and it has been a wonderful change of pace. We truly enjoy the peace and quiet of the area — it’s surrounded by nature, which makes it feel like a little escape from the busy city life. These are probably some of the worst apartments I have resided in due to the cost and what you are getting. For starters I was told this apartment was a renovated " luxury " apartment. There is nothing luxury about my apartment. It's quiet, but the walls are super thin so I always hear my neighbors. The balcony is not sturdy. For 940 sq ft you are paying 1800+, because there are so many fees. Water fees are added late which is also sky rocketing your bill. Once I paid over 1900, again this apartment isn't even 1000 sq ft or ... read more
