Updated Review: This complex has gone to HELL. This will be my last year at the complex. 6 managers in the space of a year, bullying people into signing contracts months in advance, broken/unusable amenities, pets off leash and dog poop issues, busted concrete from roofers that don't mind themselves, and they use a pest control company (bug out) that does not do a thorough job treating issues from outside - we have ant hills in front of many buildings and wasps everywhere in front of two of the buildings. You must make $50,000 annually to live comfortably in just a single bed room. Rent increases about 20-30% every year. Staff is nice but has a tendency of losing your rent check. Be very careful about wanting to live here, management has high turnover rate, rent is subject to increase by 15 to 27%.
You don’t want to live here. Trust me. Constant break ins and other kind of stuff happens here all the time.
