I've been going there for years, and it's been getting progressively worse. My last 3 appointments had a wait time of 45 minutes plus, whether it's a telephone consult, an in person consultation, or even a fasting blood test.. they have zero respect for your time. Go elsewhere. Life is too short to be waiting endlessly in line for frankly, sub-par medical treatment and diagnosis'. Friendly and helpful staff
As I've been going to wendouree medical clinic for years. I could not fault them. The drs are fantastic and the receptionists are amazing. Although it is Vicky I would love to give my greatest gratitude too. She always brings such an infectious smile and will help you. With no questions asked. She goes over the top with making all clients feel welcome and is has great hospitality. If it wasn't for Vicky. The clinic wouldn't have such a great 'family welcome' attitude. After a week of horrendous hospital trips. Dr Jill was exceptional. Her communication is fantastic and her listening skills are great. Would highly recommend her.
