Friendly and helpful staff
As I've been going to wendouree medical clinic for years. I could not fault them. The drs are fantastic and the receptionists are amazing. Although it is Vicky I would love to give my greatest gratitude too. She always brings such an infectious smile and will help you. With no questions asked. She goes over the top with making all clients feel welcome and is has great hospitality. If it wasn't for Vicky. The clinic wouldn't have such a great 'family welcome' attitude. After a week of horrendous hospital trips. Dr Jill was exceptional. Her communication is fantastic and her listening skills are great. Would highly recommend her.
Bare with this long review, but needed to give some context! Doctors are lovely and for the most part so are the receptionists, however there is a reception “manager” initials V, that is down right rude, condescending and judgmental. Twice when I’ve called to make an appointment I’ve been spoken to like I’m stupid and had my previous appt notes referred to… I had no idea receptionist could access them to throw something in a patients face.
