My hair came out looking good and the stylist worked very hard to get it that way, so I have no serious complaints about that. The only two small quibbles I have are: (1) I asked only to have my roots covered, but the stylist insisted on doing all of my my hair, and I have a LOT of hair. (2) I could tell while the stylist was washing my hair that she wasn't digging in with her fingers (I have very thick hair) but was only rubbing her hands over the surface.
