I went in as a first time patient. He didnt introduce himself upon arrival and came in very rude. Its been years since I seen a doctor and was extremely nervous. He did not care, he attempted to start the procedure without notifying me, I jumped due to the needle sticking me without knowledge and he yelled and stated hes not doing the procedure.
