I’m up visiting Seattle, and my necklace broke. I took it into Wend, and the owner was so kind. She took the time to help me, and treated my small request as if mattered the way a big sale would. What a lovely person, and what a lovely shop!
Wendy and her WEND repair-smith did fantastic work on my rings! From thoroughly cleaning a gunky pearl ring, re-securing stones on an heirloom, beautifully re-setting a beloved but dated piece, and fully restoring a badly damaged ring that now looks brand new, all I can say is WOW! Many thanks for a truly wonderful job!
