Called for assistance on a basement pipe backing up. No call back after reaching out 3 times. Once 90 minutes after the first call, then 40 minutes and again at 30 minutes. Thanks a lot

Text service confirming appt, last minute move up from afternoon to morning given the problem severity, a one hour solution, including a one year member plan, all for an affordable price.
