We bought our Razor the beginning of June and JUST received our registration from them. This isn't the first disappointing situation in buying our Razor either. The paperwork lady entered my husband's SSN wrong so a loan declined and dinged my credit report THEN forgot to take copies of our licenses so they were calling us nonstop to get pictures sent due to us living in the Tri-Cities and not able to come in. The sales person was awesome but the office staff are very disappointing and I won't recommend to anyone to go there... read more

They sold me a item that didn’t fit the mount on my rzr 900s that I also bought from there and now they said I’m stuck with it no refund or replacement. Kinda pathetic and bad management if you ask me I buy locally all the time but this def changed my experience. Might as well be talking to a bot customer care on a computer

Huge shout out to Wenatchee Powersports. Our son got his first bike for his third birthday and I can’t say enough about the service we received. They had everything we needed and then some. Even had burgers for the kids.
No follow up in sales and parts! Brandon watched an employee being rude to a customer and said, I have to deal with what I have because I can’t find good help! Poor leadership. Go to Clem’s! He takes care of customers and manages his staff well.
Great service and awesome gear! My boyfriend needed some new riding boots and the team was very helpful in assisting us remotely and getting our order to us. Thanks WenPow!
Bought our youngest son a new KTM yesterday. Everyone here was so kind, knowledgeable, and helpful, from start to finish! We would recommend them to anyone looking...... give them a shot first!

This crew of amazing, professional and dedicated motorcycle allies made space and time for me at the end of their busy work day when I arrived on a trip down from Canada with a nail in my rear tire. They went above and beyond - and had me back on the road just before closing time! Thanks, eh!
