UPDATE: You have to pay KIA dealership to have their software to work on Kia Automobiles. If you are a non Kia company. Appreciate the time but still is sad. You are the only place she knew to go because that is where she purchased her car to stay loyal. But there is other places out there. Thanks for that. I am posting this as a witness to a friend's dealings with this company. She owns a 2006 Kia sorento that she bought from KIA brand new back then...its now Wenatchee autoplex. She has had multiple trips to get a serious issue fixed. Her car dies at the stop light when using the AC and when trying to start it. She took it in few months back and they just cleaned the sensor instead of replacing it because they said "you have to go to the dealer for that we don't fix those things." The car is great, and the service is just as good! First, Pancho picked me up from the bus stop. Next, Marvin made buying the car painless - he didn't try to upsell me on useless fees or warranties; he just sold me a great car at a great rate. He said the car is in great condition, and my mechanic agrees. Overall, these are good and honest people, and I would buy from them again.
Dave was awesome to work with! My husband came from Tri-Cities for a specific car, and Dave made the whole process a breeze. We will definitely be back to work with these guys in the future!
