Amazing Dr, excellent bed side manners!!! Glad one of her patients.
I've been seeing Dr Xiong for a few years of course the waiting room will get filled because she's a good doctor .The wait time is okay she specializes in your needs and listens to your concerns. I suffer with chronic pain she's a big help. She also have a great staff support.
What a shame, I waited 2months for this appointment.. when I got there they told us they don't accept our insurance. When I booked the appointment they asked me about my insurance and said they do accept it.. I drove an hour to get to them, what a slap on the face.. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
This is the most unprofessional doctor’s office I have ever experienced. I made an appointment two months in advance. I called the day before to confirm the location and left a voicemail. No one got back to me and I called the morning of and they said that I canceled the appointment and they gave it to someone else. Jenny from the front desk then said I was being "disrespectful" when I was trying to explain the situation. Do yourself a favor and find a different Rheumatologist that actually cares about their patients.
5 Star Doctor!! She’s very caring and listens to all your concerns even if it doesn’t have to do with her field of work. She will guide you through any health need. She’s awesome wish she could be my Primary doctor!! I appreciate Dr Xiong very much she is overall a 5 Star!! Including of course her staff always on point and always available to help very professional ladies.. To Dr Xiong and Staff thank you for all you do!!
