Excellent care!
Dr Shen was wonderful. He asked great questions, quickly assessed the situation….all with both a sense of concern and humor. I would definately highly recommend him!
This whole thing was a total bad situation Please review the notes on my account
I waited for more than an hour to see this doctor. I had a 315 appt and wasn't taken in until almost 4pm. Everyone that came in after me had already been called back. At 4pm I was taken to xray and waited until 430 for doctor to come in. He spent less than 5 minutes with me and I feel that I got nowhere with my issue. I won't go back to this doctor or to Dutchess Orthopedics.
