Food is good and worth going back for, but they absolutely do not ever get in a hurry and about the 30min mark you typically have to get up and ask where the food is. (It does NOT take 30-45min to make curly fries and a some wings). Always make sure to double check your order, incorrect amounts aren’t uncommon (like yesterday, giving my wife 2 tenders in a 5 tender order and then looking at me funny when I’m back at the counter asking where are the other 3 we waited 40 minutes for already). We waited an hour for 20 wings while other customers who came in after us received their order.
This venue is interesting we've never sat down to eat but every time I go in there to pick up food which is a lot I feel kind of uncomfortable they don't do a good job of maybe turning down the lights a little bit I know they got a lot of business and younger people working there but it seems uncomfortable I guess but the food is phenomenal.
